The Serpent Trail

100k - 50k - Half Marathon - 10k in the South Downs National Park

 Our STUNNING Serpent Trail Races have their own website at;

www.serpenttrailrace.com

In the South East of England, the Serpent Trail is a long distance route in the South Downs National Park, from Haslemere to Petersfield.

The 100k race is the full length of the Serpent Trail and has been designed to allow participants to be as fast and light as possible with regular checkpoints, a minimalist kit list approach, pacers and support crews.

The 50k race starts from near Petworth, the mid-point of the Serpent Trail and along with the 20k and 10k races is along the southern section of the trail to Petersfield.

The second half of the Serpent Trail has smaller hills and lower level sandy trails and paths with sections of road linking them up, so are suitable and inclusive for walkers as well as runners.

Each race has coach transport included from the Venue / Finish to the respective start of the race.

The usual Freedom Racing professionalism and quality, relaxed and friendly atmosphere and style that you know from our other races is EXACTLY the same, so come and try this amazing route and make a weekend of it!  There is camping and food available and the event is open from 5pm Friday - midday Sunday.
