What - The 'Penrose Loop' is a well known and loved route to run or walk, and makes for a perfect race! This is an approximately 10k race on the Trail around the Loe Pool, Cornwalls largest natural freshwater lake.
Starting from the Festival site at Degibna, the route goes into woods of the East side of the pool. Following the main path around the edge of the lake you make your way to the coast, cross the beach and return via the tracks and hill side path of the Penrose Estate, to join the metalled tracks before entering the woods and the final climb back up to the Festival site and the finish!
